well excitel is losing revenue if they are allowing such behavior. it's not hurting you in any case. i do not see why you are so concerned. unless they blacklist you for paying for a resold connection. which i do not see happening in this case as long as you pretend to be not party to the crime.

man. i cannot even find their terms of use. the pages i checked seemed to be copy pasted from you broadband website.

yes. there is one guy who seems to be part of the company. but he has not been active in a while. if he comes back, he would be able to advise you want to do assuming you would want to do anything at that time.

Not to mention , 5 Mbps is max , I usually get 0.11 Mbps in speedtests, and 300kbps download speed

just use a download manager which usually extracts all the available bandwidth and make the most of it. as long as it is unlimited, 800 bucks is a great deal in any case. maybe excitel would notice unusually high usage on this account and investigate on their own.

too bad you cannot apply for a disconnection from the backend. you can just check stats and pay for renewal. little else.
