Excitel Broadband - Crappy Customer Service

ACT has recently started in Punjabi Bagh west also. Now have an option of Excitel, ACT and Hathway. Though excitel works pretty decent for me.

I filled up form on their site and they contacted me after fiber was laid.

@salaxzar they cover major parts of west Delhi now.
Best part of Act is everything is handled by company owned employees. So no local guys involvement. Though plans somewhat costlier and same as Airtel or even costlier if you consider Airtel's rollover, retention and yearly top-ups.
 
Can you tell what is your plan and download speeds on international servers...... say New York....
 
plan is 749+tax
100GB 20mbps

thinking to upgrade to 75mbps 250GB 999+gst plan. though don't need it for now as my airtel plan with 140GB for 300+tax after retention is still on.
100GB is enough for surfing n streaming.




 
Heard a rumor today from my LCO today..... Excitel is going to make a comeback with customer end fiber..... better speed &plans.... may also club in calls and tv..... Don't know how much is true and when it will it materialize because when he says next week it is usually 2 months....

if all that happens... might switch back to Excitel...
 
i can already switch to ftth on excitel in my area. at least the local guy told me. would need to pay around 2000 bucks for wiring and ont(?). since i have zero interest in getting their 100mbps plan, i am not going for it right now.
 
he is getting paid 11k and is responsible for three full sized sector. looked frustrated. said that he is considering applying at tripleplay. told him to ping me if he does move so that i could apply for it. he has been pretty awesome at providing support at my place.
 
I am not satisfied with In_broadband that I shifted 15 days back..... LCO is giving some other alternative tomorrow...
