Excitel Broadband Issues

Getting high pings to most of servers today. London is 200 ms, singapore 120 ms , usa 350 ms on Excitel.

Jio fiber has normal ping

anyone using excitel check why the traceroute for singapore ip shows request going to mumbai -> france -> paris -> singapore ?

its aws singapore region ip.

Also pings to singapore are 100-120 ms , earlier they were like 50-60 ms from HYD
