I'm from Kanpur region. My Excitel router has IP in range 10.0.0.0/8.
I can scan /24 subnet and find all the other excitel users in my region. I can even connect to their router from my network using the default excitel username and password and can modify their settings and even find their excitel username and password easily.
Reduced my neighbors 2.4ghz tx power this way so it doesn't interfere much with mine.
