on the phone, i do use its ad blocker. on computer, default. actually i am not sure. i did once configure NextDNS with ad block on the router. but ended up disabling it and moving to device based dns. so cloudflare 1.1.1.1 with 8.8.8.8 as alternative on primary machine.

I want to use NextDNS with adblock but the thing is excitel's ip changes and it becomes hectic to link IP again. Tried ddns for openwrt, its broken.

i am confused. if you are on openwrt, you can just download the NextDNS package and it should work out of the box
