hi , due to very shitty ping provided by airtel im considering to change my wifi from airtel to excitel in the danapur area region , but im confused upon seeing some reddit reviews where one guy had a downtime of 23 days and also seeing how they charge if the cable is damaged which doesnt happen in airtel as they change it free of cost.
just wanted to know if their ping , speed and customer service provided in danapur area is good to not get annoyed.
