Excitel Connection not working Status shows Active

So today since morning my connection is not working in any device, but the connection itself on internet status on my TP-Link wifi router’s dashboard says that it is connected, it has got ip, dns server etc everything just showsup. but internet isn’t.
so i double checked with my second router (D-Link) it is also getting all details (ip, dns server) etc and showing link up.
But in actual the internet isn’t working.
I also have an exam today lmao let’s see how it goes xD
Edit : excitel website also shows that connection is active lmao

OK do a traceroute to see where packets are stopping

Open cmd and do "tracert 1.1.1.1"

Can you ping 8.8.8.8 ? If yes it could be a dns issue.

it is working it did this test type thing 6 times with first being my 192.168.0.1 and last one being the one.one.one.one

lmao ping is working, it is pinging every site but i don’t know why it cant browse the internet. tried changing the dns to 1.1.1.1 but unable to run anything again though connection is active

My friend who is also on Excitel once had this same DNS issue. My suggestion to get it working temporarily until DNS is fixed will be to use an encrypted DNS Client such as:

YogaDNS - The Most Advanced DNS Client for Windows

yogadns.com

Or use VPN till your issue is resolved.
