Excitel disconnection problem.

So, I recently got Excitel Broadband, The speeds are good and latency is low but PPPoE keeps disconnecting and sometimes the connection even disconnects.
I looked at my.excitel.com stats:

It keeps disconnecting and saying " NAS Request" as reason.
I submitted a complaint and haven't gotten a reply yet.

Little you can do except to file a complaint. Call center is useless. File complaints through email or app.

If you are having NAS Request disconnection try resetting the MAC Address on Android app, fixed it for me.
