so I went to LCO's office and saw the condition of OLTs, all dusty lol.

everything was kept in pretty bad condition.
 
so if anyone else is wondering, what is Admin Reset in radius logs(session).
Its when LCO unplugs main fiber cable from OLT.
I know because I unplugged all 4 cables and replugged it back in and I have 3 admin resets in my logs.

Jio : I have used it and not going to recharge it again. Reasons are many but most important reason is too many websites blocking, pathetic routing etc .
Tata : It is just two blocks away from me and they are not expanding, I have talked to their TL but he says "installation to hum kr denge lekin bandar taar todega to aapko pay karna padega firse"
Airtel : Using it since 2019, very less downtime by fiber cut, like really very less. The only issue is unscheduled maintenance during 12:00am to 6:00am, and I need internet badly at that time.

Dude, money isn't the issue, all I want is 24*7 uptime, so two ISPs in failover manner is what I do. And its pointless to have two 300Mbps connections because it will be a waste of money, but Excitel is taking 8k/year for 400Mbps and this is very much vfm.
