Excitel Fiber Broadband Experience in Delhi NCR

Got the FIX, some settings to improve location accuracy by using wifi and bluetooth was causing some conflict with the speeds.
Disabling those options speeds got back to normal.

Quad9 is being routed to Singapore for a few weeks now, I'm guessing their servers in BOM-local exchange is probably not accepting a connection, it's a problem with all ISPs.

@Lolita_Magnum I talked to Quad9 customer support (which is really awesome btw), this is what he said :

"Hello,

The reason you are routing to Singapore, is because our Mumbai location does not have transit, but rather, only serves traffic to other networks which are peered with them at the Equinix Mumbai internet exchange. After review, your ISP and our upstream provider, pch.net, won't be able to peer in our Mumbai location, as they are not members of the same internet exchanges. In this case, Singapore is the expected location until we're able to increase our footprint in India."

@brambedkar59 Yes, but it used to work just fine before. And if I ping to their Equinix IP IX address, it pings just fine, which means there is connectivity but I still get routed to Singapore.

What's that NC SLA Breach?

Excitel reduced speed on 100Mbps plan, earlier used to get speeds around 115+Mbps u/d
but from few days it's not going above 105Mbps.
Anyone else noticed?
