@Life_Warrior yeah, right now they've adjusted the width of the site which makes it less long. Things are wider now and site looks semi complete. Also this new plan page looks dope. I just want them to add ₹ symbol next to amount so it will look more neat. They're doing a great job with their site. It is completely revamped now apart from the same things written with those images. I'm waiting for new plans to get listed there like 500/600 Mbps & 1 Gbps after Jio's announcement

Unfortunately I've already recharged it for 1 year last month

Yesterday I was banned because I was inactive for 2 days and when I came back I saw 20+ notifications so I immediately replied to every thread and boom... I was banned till 6th sept but don't know how it got lifted . Anyways... This time I'm cautious about not replying too fast .

Is it just me or for everyone else their my excitel portal is loading very slow and at the end giving some sort of error like this right now? Does this mean they're also updating the my excitel portal? Because I never saw the portal behave like this. If they redesign the portal that'll be great as right now it's kind of old and doesn't match their orange theme. Probably they're upgrading as this is happening at night when nobody is supposed to be using it.

Neither their app is working. It's just stuck on excitel splash screen. Either portal is down for maintenance or they're redesigning/upgrading it to the new theme.

Yesterday I got an update for their app (I have joined the beta).

If it is upgrading I hope they change those multiple listings of the same plan and completely revamp the plans section. Remove all the clutter and just keep single month & multi month plans 3, 6, 9 & 12 that's it.

The great thing is the page is so amazingly designed with all the new banners along with LCO's map location, Phone Number, Enquiry form, Parking availablity & much more.

Do check it out if you want to take connection and want to know the reliability of LCO & even talk to them.
(Edit - found out that it's technically not LCO's number but their direct customer care number which will always redirect to agent not any bot or press 1 for anything etc. So kinda good in my opinion).

Once again not for everyone but those who are looking for this information which can be valueable to know the authenticity of your LCO, Find alternatives or contact them is great.

They are really using those ₹94 Lakhs properly.
Just waiting for their 500 Mbps & above plans.
