UPDATE!!!

The problem was due to a faulty splice(joint). During the day due to sunlight the fiber stopped working properly, the LCO repaired the splice and boom it is working just fine. Not a ONT/ONU problem, @Ankush117 ask your LCO to check for the fault in the line. It will be solved
Looks like this is the reason

@Ankush117 yes -40 is not good, complaint to lco and excitel both, lco can check why this is happening.

Edit: my bad its transmitting power, it should be in plus

Your line`s fiber split ratio must have increased as your LCO might have provided many connections in the recent days . Just ask him what is the scene but they usually dont reveal the split ratio

@JB701 this is exactly what I am thinking, the PON remains completely disconnected between 12-5 pm. The stats are showing base noise but only Transmit Power seems to be low, this clearly means that problem is from the side of OLT(BSNL Office) but my LCO is saying that the ONT is faulty.

I understand it but the PON disconnects exactly between 12-5 pm, if the Optical Power is low, it shouldn't connect at all which isn't the case. This is still a mystery
