Excitel Fiber Upgrade Issue

So i had a connection of fiber from some local provider, it had 100mbps speed. But due to poor reliability i thought to switch back to excitel.
I have been a customer of Excitel for 3 years and later decided to quit it, i was on copper plan back then.

So today i called up my LCO and the installation guys came and said that the fiber u have currently is on our line and can be used for excitel too. so you wont have to start installation of fiber afresh. And later they told that they just have to fix the router settings to make it work.

Now the guys did all the work. like entering my PPPoe details and stuff and took 2k cash for the recharge.

I had Archer C6 and an ONU given by old wifi provider.

He asked that if i want their own router for which i refused and said my archer c6 will already do the job.

Now the recharge is done, but still the speed is 50mbps. the plan is some 50mbps 3 months reeltime.

And all i can see in app is that it is copper connection (it shows upgrade to fiber) but i am worried that when the whole wire is fiber, ONU is working.
But why the portal is still showing copper connection and plan is of 50mbps.

LCO is not attending call.

What to do? Will it take sometime to migrate from copper to fiber on server?

damn. this is why excitel usually prefers that you apply and pay for fiber upgrade through their portal. either your lco scammed you or they just haven't updated your connection status on the portal. they really should have switched you to excitel's onu. that's what my lco did. even though he had moved me to his own fiber network on excitel before excitel fiber was officially available in my area. i basically paid for fiber twice but it was by my choice. the guy changed my onu when i officially moved to excitel fiber because excitel requires you to use their own onu.

@Sushubh Can i complain this to someone? Or have to live with this 50mbps plan for 3 months?

if you have the receipt for the payment made to lco, i guess file a complaint with excitel that you paid for x plan but you have been assigned a wrong plan?

UPDATE: I called the LCO on Tuesday and told the whole issue, he said sir you will have to pay ₹1000 for ONU, i said that i already have ONU and stuff but later i agreed to pay 1000₹

But the genius said, Sir not a single ONU is available for ₹1000. you have to go for the router. I got pissed and said that you are just scamming people and stuff.
Later after some heated argument, The genius and i made a deal that i won't give him a penny now, and he will provide me fiber internet, After an hour he called me and gave me another PPPoe details of my name and my house number.
I saw that the excitel plan was cancelled on the portal.
And the speed i was getting was above 400mbps.
Currently it hasn't been down for a single second since i have entered the PPPoe details.
I really wish it stays the same.

Speed fluctuates ( but is always above 250 mbps). And speed comes back to normal after a router reboot. Maybe router issue.
I Checked the ISP he gave me, it was some 'ANI BROADBAND LTD'

Nevertheless I'm happy now just paid ₹2000 for 400mbps, 91 days.
