excitel not relocating my connection

I want to relocate my connection to around 300 metres away from my current location .
As it is a new society so they dont have excitel connection but at the back of the society they have point for connection ,
Now the person is saying as this is new society and we dont have point ,and we require atleast 10 people from ur area then we can think.

I still have my connection valid till august end , what iam suppose to do now ?

Raise this issue on PG portal and threaten to drag them to consumer court. If they still say can't then tell them to give refund and say else you'll file a case.

@unnecessary i told their customer care to refund me they told me bluntly that since you are moving to new location and we dont have services at that location its not our fault . So we cant refund you because we gave you connection for the place you live currently.

Technically they are correct. You yourself are moving to a non-servicable area.

that's why its always better to go for either 3 or 6 month. never go for 12 month
