Excitel Online payment system launched

Now Visit My Excitel ( my.excitel.com ) and make online payment for your services after Login.

The Online payment system is UP since last 24 hours and seems to be working fine. Of course if you encounter some problems call Excitel Customer Care at Toll free number 1-800-419-0616 or use helpdesk@excitel.com

I have to check with my lco if you he can add 300 to my account online so that I can see updated balance online.

Plus can one change his plan online?

For now plan change feature is not implemented. You can only pay for the same plan that you have been using.

We are working to implement also plan change, but will take maybe 1 month more.

Otherwise I doubt LCO can charge your account with 300 Rupees... maybe you should take the Rs back from him in cash and then do online renewal.

i guess i would be paying cash again next month and switch to online payment in january. i am not even sure if he would accept his own writing on the bill next month where he has written that i paid 2000 instead of 1700 this month because he did not have change. remains to be seen. :\

@philip marlowe Good to see a representative from Excitel here. My question is about billing cycle date change, previously if u dont recharge ur account for any reason than u can change the billing cycle date by paying extra Rs. 50 to LCO. Can this be done online as currently I am seeing only Rs. 799 to pay for online payment. Will this be implemented in future. You took almost more than a year for online payment, integrating a gateway into h8SSRMS is not that troublsome but its good u finally did it.

Yes, Reconnection fee can also be paid online.

We have currently decided to waive off the Reconnection fee due to the money shortage period now. You should see it as 0 if you select the option to Change billing cycle from Today.

ah. so this is for those customers who do not renew for whatever reason. they need to pay rs. 50 when they want to reconnect. cool.

Correct! But the 50Rs. Reconnection fee is now waived because of the cash crisis.

It might be enabled again once its over.

np. i was indeed wondering how the whole prepaid system worked. 50 bucks to get connected again after you decide to not renew package for a week or month is not bad.
