It is showing slow on most of the servers of speedtest. But some of them are showing full speed.

ACT Fibernet, Den Broadband, Airtel Broadband, Geocity, Star Broadband all are showing very slow speeds.

Can you post your screenshot of ACT Fibernet and Den Broadband?

Surfing is obviously fine since 10Mbps would load the website same as 100Mbps.

Hmmm.... Did you select the "SINGLE" instead of "Multi"?

@Sushubh SINGLE is the real speedtest.

Do ACT Broadband as SINGLE.
