I don't believe in their story and ask them to register a complaint straight away, also write the complaint no for sake of reference.
Don't be rude but act as if you know the stuff.
I cannot find a way to register a complaint. Whenever/Whereever I call, they ask me to wait for 72 hours. Working hours. Which comes to around what? 9 days!
the latest is that they claim that they cannot see the transaction at their own end. so they suggest me to wait for 8 days for the money to refund to my credit card. if not, i would have to contact them once again and go through the same ordeal.
