External TV Tuner(Enter) and Big TV STB

I've purchased Enter Tv tuner and want to connect with CRT monitor.Got Big Tv STB. I've connected the three Audio/Video cables to connector of Tv tuner.But for some reason, When I auto-tune in TV tuner, it can't find any channel.Its already in AV mode(tuner)Do I've to change anything/any settings in tv tuner or STB ? Thanks

Nobody in forum uses TV tuner with STB :huh:I saw one post by indigonation, he used same thing as mine.I messaged him, but he didn't logged in since oct 01 2008.

Im using the same Enter Tv Tuner but internal. I have recorded several shows and put in Youtube for my website. I think i can help you.

What software are you using? What female pin holders are available in your tuner ? Is it to direct monitor connection or USB connection ?

I am using External Tv tuner.
I've connected the three Audio/Video cables{Red,Yellow, White} to female connector of Tv tuner.
Its in AV mode.
Source of Tuner is set to VIDEO.
Color-sys is set to PAL

Yesterday night I lodged a complaint with CC,
today morning{Just now}, one of the guy called me for checking few things.

First he asked me to check the signal strength. it was displayed as Good.
then It scanned for channel list,
I selected first one, Preview and pressed OK.
But again back to blank Screen.

He said he'll come and look into to.
Lets see .

ok issue resolved,they changed the STB.
