External TV tuner for Laptop

Hi,I am planning to get an external TV tuner for my laptop - Dell Studio 1530And I plan on getting an Airtel DTH connection for it.The requirements: Should work over USBPreferably with a longish cable included so I can sit on the bed and watchNot too expensive hopefullyDecent/above average picture qualityMy questions:How is the audio handled in such case? do we plug the audio back in via a line in cable? or is it included in the USB feed?Any good brands/model numbers suggestedAny particular dealers in Secunderabad/Paradise area, whom I can get it from.Thanks!
