I'm writing to bring your attention to an unpleasant situation I am facing with Act Fibernet.
Whilst there are a range of internet providers, I chose Act Fibernet to provide us an Internet connection.
The reason for opting Act Fibernet is for the only reason of getting an internet connection at the earliest amidst the lock down pursuant to the global pandemic of Covid -19, as my children have online classes.
Besides, I was assured to be provided with the connection within 3 business working days, and it has nearly been a month since I’m awaiting for the connection.
I’m absolutely disappointed in your service and dumbstruck that a well known internet company has an absolutely hopeless service. In addition, whenever I contact your staff they have been rude, and unwilling to help me through the process.
