Extremely Frustrating Experience with JioMart – Broken Cancel Option, Delayed Updates & Missing Items

I placed an order on JioMart today (June 14) at around 6 PM, expecting quick delivery as it clearly said “Delivery in under 30 minutes.” Things went downhill right after that.


  • The order status showed “Under Process” for more than 3 hours with no updates.
  • Around 9 PM, the status randomly changed to “Ordered”, which made no sense.
  • I decided to cancel the order at that point, but the cancel button didn’t work — not on the app, not on the browser. I even tried multiple times.
  • I’ve screen recorded this issue and also took screenshots of the order timeline.

Then at around 9:36 PM, the status changed again to “Under Process”, and this time it showed that 7 out of 12 items are unavailable, and only ₹1247.10 out of ₹1628 will be refunded.


As of now, the order still hasn’t shipped. No real update. No working cancel option. No support. This kind of behavior feels incredibly shady and irresponsible for a major platform.

yeah tbh. best to avoid jiomart and zepto. people are generally happier with blinkit and bigbasket. i haven't had many bad experiences with blinkit personally. and i order a lot from them.
