Facebook Help: How can I change privacy settings for a single post shared on my timeline?

I do not usually log on to facebook and have security settings to not share anything with anyone else.

I want to change privacy settings of one of the posts that friend shared on her wall and tagged me in to it.

The audience selector in the Activity Log section is kind of disabled for the post and is not allowing me to add anyone to the post.

Am I out of luck?

I am pretty sure you can disable your name tagging by other people on Facebook.

I am guessing Facebook allows you to disable sharing by your contacts for posts you share? Google+ allows that.
