Are you talking about the news paper ad?

I saw that on a regional language (Tamil) newspaper as well. Looks like Facebook is going all out to get Free Basic approved by the regulators. Unless there is a fight back from net neutrality activists, like last time, I think they'll manage to get enough support to push it through.
