Hello,
I'm a 16 MBPS (200 GB FUP) customer of Airtel but I'm facing very strange issues with Airtel since 2015.
Issue: There is something called Tag at the exchange which gets faulty after some days only.
It is happened multiple times and continuously happening.
Now the problem is, Airtel's engineer in my area aren't responsive. They lack basic knowledge about Internet.
For them: Ping 192.168.1.1 is enough to say that internet is working fine. For them, loading Google.com is enough to know if net is working. They are way away from the reality of internet.
In other words, they aren't experience internet people.
Now, about my experience. My experience with Internet is more than 15 years. My experience with Airtel is 11 years. I'm their one of the first customer in my area (neighbor area as well).
My business runs over the Internet, without Internet I am totally worthless.
Can anyone tell me the solution to it? I'm really fed up by calling 121 explaining them, I'm fed up of seeing same engg. face coming at home, doing all the stupid stuff and saying it's working fine.
Problem: Very slow speed, frequent disconnection, sometimes very high PING.
