Facing issuse after software upgrade

Hi,after the software upgrade,i am facing issues with STB.losing sound regularly and STB is not responding ie not able to change the channels and even power off.need to switch off the power to get it resolved any body is facing same kind of issues?whome to contact for this? ThanksAmmu

Which stb you are using. Coship or home cast. If you have some problems with stb always then contact your distributor. He may give you a new stb after checking the old one.

I too have the same issue. reported to the nodel office and CC. They said they will they will getback, but no response
