Failed to connect Huawei 5G CPE Pro 2 router to Jio 5G network

Hello Friends,

I recently moved to India with a Huawei 5G CPE Pro 2 router that I had bought in Denmark. It was working fine there but when I moved back to India, the same router is not able to connect to the Jio 5G network. I have Jio True 5G enabled SIM which I have put in the router. The router specification says that It supports the N28, and N78 bands which I believe is the same as the Jio 5G bands.

I failed to understand even though technically the router should be able to connect to Jio 5G as per 5G band specifications but it does not.

Please help.

@maheshpatil - i also own the same model, with the firmware they pushed last year Jio 5G doesn’t work as the toggle to ‘Enable SA’ checkbox no longer is available so it defaults to SA.

So, AirTel 5G works (NSA) and Jio 5G (SA) does not work. How stupid of them and they would not push any new firmware
