Fair Usage Policy or Data Cap on Excitel Broadband?

The faq mentions that there is no fair Usage policy and downloads is unlimited. Is that true in practice?

There is a limit of 9 TB. If you continuously exceed this limit every month, they usually do not throttle you, but they will call you.
