One of my friend accidentally bought this phone for 15K , which was brought from singapore.
Its not his mistake either as the one who bought it isnt that tech savvy , and didnt know how to check whether its genuine or not.
Luckily i happened to come across this post some time back

And was able to check whether its fake or not.
Here are some pics of the phone.
Luckily there was a app called Playapp preinstalled. Google play didnt work as it didnt accept the google credentials. On Playapp , I was able to find that Genuine Fake S3/S4 app and was able to run it. Results as above
Home button was horrible , shaky , if you remove the back cover , the battery would fall , the actual LED was exposed. The screen was sub-par. Multi touch test app registered only 2 fingers , didnt detect class 10 microsd card , random reboots , playback of video was slow and froze at times.. and so on.
Pretty much exactly what you would expect in a fake phone.
