Ok, will try MTS first. 40 GB is good amount of data at 999 even at 2mbps, 9.8mbps is just icing on cake for me.

Of course it's theoretical, I have used almost all ISPs in my area and know internet in India is degrading instead of improvements. But if they say 9.8mbps means that I can expect >= 2mbps at all times - so thats icing on cake for me because I have only used a maximum speed of 2 mbps in 11 years of my Airtel connection.
Or do you mean actual speeds are below 2mbps?
