Check if you have a proper service network in your city. Someone on erodov is having a very bad experience with their TV after sales:Fraud Micromax !
After reading the horror stories of the Micromax...I have selected LG 42LN5400, available in 47K INR in the market.

Its a good choice. Also checkout Panasonic TH-L42E6D if possible. Costs around 50k only. Most reviews seem to suggest it has very good image quality. Looks very good as well. Also is slimmer than the LG one. Has Smart TV features and Internet support as well. Also I think Panasonic has a 3 year warranty on all its TV's (not sure about this).
