admin should give a disclaimer of fibernet being a possible fraud company as their recent actions have suggested the same.
they claim in their website of having servers at nixi etc & also give connections to people by filling up a form. As all this is just on paper(np physical presence) it points out to a larger conspiracy....hence beware.
