Filed Consumer Court Case in JioAirFiber Case

After getting no help from PGPortal and NationalConsumerHelpline. I decided that it is the time to go with consumer court and filed the case myself after getting the affidavit and notary stamps. As an Introvert, paying double for Stamp Paper, Stamps, High printing cost near courts is a real thing.

It is now not about the money i have spent on jioairfiber connection. The thing is, it is happening with most of the users and Jio is so shameless to accept that.

Strange, the case is not yet approved but got a call that they are agree to refund now. I have refused to get the refund now as i am waiting for the case approval.

is it possible if they have forwarded the complain even without approval? If anyone aware with the process?

I wish that each of us get our money back. I will share the complete docs if someone wants to file the consumer case. Just waiting for the approval to confirm if the documents have no mistakes.
 
@Aryanraj, if possible, please share the docs even though it's not approved yet; I am pretty amazed they are refunding the partial amount at least, which is a positive sign that they will start refunding something.
For me, it was pretty different as I requested the local JIO air fiber technician for some way of refund, but they seemed clueless when it came to refunding; they connected me to some of their backend guy who asked for various details like ping, tracert on certain endpoints but that's it never heard from them again, and they closed the complaint mentioning premises door closed got to know this when called customer care and at the end, I got airtel fiber installed and kept jio air fiber as spare.
 
Hi @parthbb, there is no reason to keep it. if everyone start disconnecting they will surely get some backslash. i don't think you need it after airtel fiber. also, later you can't claim as they will count the active days.

and for complain, i would be more happy to share and help everyone filing their complain. it is just my case is not yet approved, yesterday got a revert back with reason.

"Filing Performa (duly signed) not filed to be filed. All paper not sign Documents to be attested as true copies with name and date"

These people don't offer a proper format or shows the right way to do things and is very slow process. as soon i get it approved, will share everything.
 
@Aryanraj, any updates on the case? I raised a complaint on PGPortal and CPGram. Still, they just sent an engineer who did not know anything related to networking to verify the issue and took some Pcap files from the router with the guidance of some backend team. Still, I don't think they will provide a refund under any circumstances. Please share some docs so everyone can file a proper consumer case. Now, they have closed the ticket with the status closed, saying access denied on-premises.
 
hi @parthbb system is too slow to get help from. the case is yet pending approval and as said once the case is approved, will happy to share all the documents. and trust me, if you will stand against the wrong, you will get your money. they have already called once to give me the partial refund which i refused because the case was filed and have spent almost 1k on this. my partial refund was only for 6-7months but they are too bad refusing everything to accept that's the only reason i am fighting the case. Amount 5, 10k is not the major concern now. the illegal, unethical jioairfiber refund policy is.
 
Also, no one would be much happier than me to help filing the edaakhil complain. I no longer fighting for myself but for all jioairfiber users. as soon they approve, i will personally help each one to get their case filed in minimum time.
 
I FAILED. I AM SORRY.

I failed as a consumer and the case is not approved. as an introvert, i don't have time to argue over things and make it complex.

1. eDaakhil is a joke. DON'T TRUST LEGAL YOTUBERS. This portal do nothing, is a wrapper to showcase that they care. they never did, they never will. Even your case is approved, you need to submit multiple copies locally, appear in the court to submit the reason before approval and what not. What is the point if you have to do everything offline second time?

2. The template i got from a reputed platform and the a local vakil simply pointed out hundreds of mistakes from the start. I couldn't blame him as i was not given the PERFORMA either from edaakhil or from the legal service provider/platform.

3. Legal Youtubers are bad. I contacted some youtubers who creates tutorial on legal system/consumers and on edaakhil to review and fix the revert reason, none of them replied. NONE. Better get a vakil from your area if you have money.

4. The case will revert back online and with offline you have to go through the recommended (by consumer forum staffs) comission based vakil to get your complain filed. They are all money hungry people.

5. No one is Your friend. Even if you hire a vakil, the opposite party can pay double. You can't trust a vakil.

I understand that there could be mistakes, errors but if consumer can't file a case who will? If you are asking for performa, give the template. Nothing is available.

I am stepping down because i could easily earn that amount in a day or two via freelancing. The main reason i was filing the complain to protect others, however on change.org petition, when i requested for a small review about their experienece with jioairfiber, none of them sent me a email. I was genuinely wanted to help them but people have time to watch reels but can't send an email.

I lost about 12k in this process including jioairfiber connection and i would be the biggest Reliance Jio Hater from Now. Not because of the money but because of their illegal no-refund policy.

I will continue to raise the voice to protect users from JioAirfiber Scam because

@Aryanraj , I filed the case yesterday on eDaakhil, and today, I got a call from the local office. I went there, submitted the copies, and just got the message that the case has been approved, but my case is a bit different than yours. Let me know if we can connect via call or some other way. I didn't contact any lawyer just filled up the form, wrote my matter in the specified format and then attached the payment screenshots and then got it notarized for 100Inr, and then submitted it today to the local office; they are gonna update me with further details on 12th July. Yes, it's not about money, if we see it, but they cannot provide the service they claimed on that basis. I have filled the case, and I even added a reference to your Twitter anti_jio page and petition as well.
