Fine download but poor browsing speed

I recently upgraded my self to bsnl 3g from existing 256 unlimited broadband plan, the download speed have really increased now getting around 200 kBps in IDM and 100 KBps in utorrent. but browing is very slow compared to earlier, the page takes few seconds to load earlier it was blazing fast (256 broadband), none of the youtube videos stream without buffering in between, what could be the cause ? I am getting full signals.

post your tracert, speedtest and pingtest results..will give a better idea

This may be due to Late DNS Response. Try to use DNS Server like 8.8.8.8 or Software like Simple DNS which will query your DNS very fast

This problem is because, 3G is wireless connection and takes time to connect to a website.

but youtube streaming is also very slow

Which browser are you using?? For browsing purpose use Chrome 10 or Opera 11, you will se definite improvement. I can browse smoothly even when i use my old W700i which only have GPRS(no Edge) with Reliance GSM with 85 KBps network speed. You can also try TCP-IP optimizer for optimizing windows for better network response.Try to check video streaming while using CHROME becoz i found chrome to buffer videos better.
