I could not locate any on their website. Not sure who to call and yell at.

Gurgaon, if they confirm the item has reached Mumbai, then Mumbai.

lol. just got a call from flipkart. they said that they have blacklisted first flight for orders being sent to my address. my tweet was not even related to that. hilarious.

They should also blacklist a courier service called ecomexpress. A friend had ordered a Nexus 7 from Flipkart. It was shipped from their Bhiwandi warehouse, which is just 20kms from the delivery address. When he called the courier company after no sign of delivery even after three days, they say all orders are sent to Delhi for consolidation. Wtf!
