Just came across FlairStrip via Twitter. Claims to offer 48Mbps UL at Rs 479/month. Without FUP or Data Limits.

Nothing mentioned about the circle or availability on the site. Just a email form. Registered. Let's see what happens.

Info from their twitter account - Will be wireless broadband. Will be launched in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore. Right now in final phase of nationwide testing.
