Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card (Regular and Super Elite)

Am I the only one who keeps getting OTPs over email for as long as 6 hours of placing an order?
 
I had no idea that this card offered 4 complimentary lounge access (domestic), until today when it was discontinued.
 
They had it, but was also somewhat devalued some time ago when they made a requirement to spend 50k or something in previous quarter to be eligible.
