it's for others to use lol. i only keep Google Pay installed coz super.money does not have bill payments yet. and every time i have to pay a bill, i have to deal with that popup. i keep mobile number associated with super.money so as to keep the default bank account setting as required.
yeah i mean it makes sense. dad has used PhonePe since day one. and it's a lot of work to get him to switch to anything else. and phonepe seems to have completely overhauled their UI in recent months. it was unrecognizable when i last checked it. but he manages to use it and that's good enough for me. 
on the other hand, i have seen people using e-rupee to pay at retail shops using UPI lol. so there's that. i can only imagine that their employer is paying them through digital rupee mode? still have no idea why it exists and how it is better than just having money in bank account and using upi.

Yeah, what even is the practical or real world usage of digital rupee. UPI does the same set of functions without the extra steps. And transaction limit is the same I think and no interest is paid on it. Feels like they simply wanted to experiment with Blockchain tech.
Hello everyone anyone got axis supercard? I got the offer after clicking on the link it open my card tab. As I already got Utkarsh variant, it doesn't show the axis card. Anyone got around that and got axis one?
The enshittification continues. But good news first. They finally managed to fix the bug that kept on slowing down the app boot at least for me with time. App loads for me fast and does not slow down progressively like it had been happening earlier and I mentioned it here.
However, fuckers have started showing persistent notifications for stuff like link your number to super money and even more annoying, turn on notifications in app. I have both disabled and the app keeps on showing these two as alerts every time I open the app. Dismissing them works till next time app is opened. Typical techbro behaviour.
This would not be a problem coz I can just ignore them. But they have also stopped opening the scanner at app start. You have to now click on the ‘tap to scan’ button. Again, not a big deal. But the button DOES NOT WORK, till the app loads the notifications at boot. Which can take a couple of seconds. Makes it so annoying to use the app at payment counter. I mean it is a couple of seconds. But the whole charm of this app was that scanner was ready to scan as soon as you opened the app lol.
