Forcing of Tata Indicom site at boot

I am facing this proble in the last few days.When the browser is launched, it directly loads tata indicom site, eventhogh home page set is different. When this happens, even a manual entry of a different address does not help; tata indicom site takes over.Fortunately, this is a short lived problem; everything becomes normal after some time.I also got a new error code - E 772: Remote computer net hardware incompatible with the type of call. This also vanished after 5 minutes.Has anybody faced a similar problem?

that happens till you are not connected through PPPOE dialer.TI thorws up web dialer on EVERY http request.
