Forcing SA, NSA Mode in 5G Phone

Is there sure way of forcing SA/NSA mode in 5G Phone? Like Using Apps or with Modded ROM, Root. I tried to force NR only but Airtel not letting me even connect to internet.

I don't think this is possible if your carrier doesn't have SA network. I could be wrong since I didn't study Wireless Networks in school.

Nr mode always require 4g network to run on it so you can never set nr only mode for nsa it won't work.For Jio it will work but you won't be able to receive or make calls.
In Airtel you always have to monitor the nr signal cause if the signal is weak or the signal is not coming it will use your 4g data and that is the reason for people exhausting their data packs while having unlimited 5g in Airtel.

Yes you can but u need to root
Just install network signal guru from Play Store and it can switch between NSA/SA
And also can disable/enable 2g,3g,4g,5g c

Have you tried this with airtel 5g?
I mean confirm it works?
Does 4g data exhaust?
