forgot to shutdown PC, now crossed the MB limit

Thats why i have automatic shutdown and speed schedular :P as some1 once said : "better be safe than sorry" .... lol :P

Thats why i use :
-> Script for terminating Azureus and Shutting down my Ubuntu box
-> Scheduler for Azureus
-> An Electronic timer that cuts power to the Modem :)

thats like buying a bus ticket even though you have a pass

lol exactly!1) actual ticket.2) additional ticket incase 1st ticket is lost3) season pass:p

I use a DSL Linux installed with rtorrent which has a scheduler script running, it adjust routes too (I use two conection airtel/bsnl) I can share it.Other great thing abt cmd line is - I can ssh to DSL Linux from my symbian mobile (Putty for s60) using my mobiles (Nokia e61i's) wifi connection :-P while I am on bed all the time. I check the torrents progress, move files stuff etc and shut it down. and whats really intresting is that its a vmware DSL Linux actually runs on winXP on my laptop (power problems suck here)Laziness is mother of all inventions

ok so u mean you run the beautiful Linux on bugy XP and that too on Laptop and ur using wifi connection of Phone ... remind me why did u buy laptop (portability ..* cough* *cough* ):P lol just goes to show that we all are lazy bums :D xD

:rofl:laptop heats my bed, its actually feels good in winter but I have a fear of partly molten laptops staining my sheets :P mobile offers much more mobility, duh :wall: with a full qwerty keypad i can be anywhere in my house and check what goin on my laptop? or on my other PCs without ever goin to each of them at different parts of the house ugh.. I have wooden feet so I dont like to walk around much

The best way to make sure you dont end into these problems of crossing your monthly limit is to get up early in the day(before your night time free time ends):whistle: and switch off the download manually :P
