You telecom lies to get subscription, but doesn't provide service. As such, they are fraudsters.
I had applied for a new connection on the 26th May 2014. Today, its 20th June and yet I have no connection. Worse is, they don't even update you about any issues. When I call the people who are supposedly responsible, often the call goes unattended. when they do pick up, they reply in all seriousness about this and that problem and that they will surely sort it out by the end of the day. But now I feel embarrassed to call after so many days. They keep on lying and promising connection.
Its terribly frustrating to deal with You broadband. I haven't experienced anything close to this ever before.
Today, I asked for cancellation of my connection and refund of my money. The answer was a totally unacceptable '45 working day' period after which I might get a cheque. Preposterous.
I suggest anyone out there considering You broadband, don't.
