Here they do not mention any date which implies that they can send promotional message forever?
 
Also can they waive off a rule laid down by "Government of India" by stating it this way?

Shouldnt rule by GOI override any other rule?
 
100MB 3g data is such a worth that people are discussing offer pros & cons.

Vodafone sent me 15 msgs in 5-10mins (still sending) regarding this offer.

Anyone else facing same issue?

Called 198 and guy says it will take 1 more hour!!

Finally stopped! Although I doubt it was due to complaint - their program must have gone in loop and they must have managed to stop it finally!
 
customers in Mumbai can walk-in to select Vodafone stores between 9th and 11th of November to make a complimentary one minute video call to wish friends and family!

And u also have to go to their store to make a call.
