I am already enrolled with the Google AI Pro student trial offer. Can I enroll again in this offer?
Yes. If you’re already on a Google AI Pro Student trial offer, you will be prompted to switch to the Google AI Pro plan from Jio during the offer activation process itself. If the user chooses to switch plans, the existing student trial offer will be automatically cancelled and the Google Gemini Offer from Jio will begin.
I already have a paid Google One Subscription plan. Can I use this offer with the same Google Account(Gmail ID)?
Yes. If you’re already on a Google One subscription obtained directly via Google, you will be prompted to switch to the Google AI Pro plan from Jio during the offer activation process itself.
If you have a Google one plan via a third-party, you will need to cancel that membership via the third-party and then re-attempt the Offer activation.
Customers who cancel their existing Google One membership will not receive refunds, credits, etc. for any value/time period remaining on their existing Google One membership.
