HiHow to get FTA channels in ADTV? tried some settings but not worked.replied as "No service found" please provide the settings to get FTA in Chennai. Also Satellite setting does not have OTHER option it contain only INSAT 4A & INSAT 4B. Please provide the steps to get FTA channels.

No way to add new TPs to Airtel DTH set top box.

They have blocked it even though you own the STB. Once to came to their NET you are gone.

Now curse on your decision to opt for Indian DTH service provider who are in the practice of UNFAIR/ILLEGAL TRADE PRACTICE :wall:

1. In LNB settings, selected Other satellite for LNB 2
2. Go to FTA -> Find channels
3. Select Other for satellite
4. Select 3/8 for transponders which happened to be transponder with 12579 frequency
5. Pressed green button for auto scan
6. The STB found some channels from the transponders.
7. Select save/append option.

The STB appended the channels after channel 999.

YOU CAN NOT ADD/EDIT TRANSPONDERS :wall:
ONLY SCAN WHAT THEY HAVE PROGRAMMED TO STB :wall:
IF, LETS SAY TOMORROW ABS1 CHNAGES THEIR TP FREQUENCY YOU ARE GONE :wall:

SO, DO NOT FOOL BY DTH UNLESS THEY HAVE GIVEN THE OPTION TO THE USER TO EDIT TPS OF THE STB, WHICH IS OWNED/PURCHASED BY CUSTOMER BUT CONTROLLED BY DTH OPERATOR :wall:
