Yesterday ,one of my friend called me and asked me to do 333rs recharge for his airtel mobile no, so 333rs big amt chalo lets do it from
freecharge.in and get few coupons....i did recharge at 2pm but after making payment , my friend did not get any recharge confirmation sms to his mobile & amt debited from my bank a/c , even when i login my freecharge account there are is NO ORDER ID GENERATED for 333 recharge...i raised complaint by attaching bank screen shot for refund .

....but they did not reply.
At 8pm , my friend got 3 sms to his airtel mobile no..
first sms : Dear customer your recharge request could not be processed, please try after sometime.
second sms : You have been successfully recharged with 88.66 your updated balance is 224.37 ........
third sms : this is from oxicash which contains " transaction successful oxitrans id 974538000111122420XX for 99631XXXXX
What the hell, they did 100rs recharge instead of 333 rs recharge....we get 88.66rs balance for 100recharge.....now when i logged in my freecharge account NOW I CAN SEE ORDER ID for 333 recharge ( order id 9254227) earlier it was not generated.....who said them to do 100rs recharge? If 333 recharge is not successful they should have cancelled & refunded my money back na? that 2 recharge after 6 hrs ( 2pm-8pm)...manually done?
Here is the proof, i downloaded RECHARGE INVOICE pdf file from freechagre a/c , in that also it shows 100rs recharge only...

I did many mobile recharges from freecharge.in and got few letsbuy coupons which shared in this forum but this my first bad experience with them.....i hope they looks into this matter & refund my 233 rs ( 333-100recharge)...rs 12 already loss becoz my friend got only 88rs main balance for 100rs recharge...
