this is a old thread but I want to know did Indiamart filled any lawsuit against you or how it ended ?

I think I replaced the offending message with a post on how the company bullied me into removing the original post.

so you had to finally remove the post any more similar cases you faced ?

I would not remove my own personal experience content. In this case the content was posted by someone else.

so online freedom of speech laws in India sucks

so even if your server is in a different country and they cannot force you to remove the content like songs.pk they could still block the access to the site from India ... issed-off:

This is not something that is specific to India. We are doing pretty good compared to some other countries where websites like YouTube and Twitter are consistently blocked.
