I guess just leave it like that without fiddling too much by resetting it over and over again specially 6 hours before morning and night speed changeober times..other than that one cant do much if its not a line problem..maybe your area is still under testing phase..meanwgile just launch a complaint

Yeah seems so. But every time this happens, MTNL compensates it with giving increased speeds during the afternoon. But I hardly use it at that time.
