MTNL Delhi Freedome 800 - Speed not increasing at nights

I am not getting Speed Boost over past several days .On complaining they moved me to another server but still no Speed Boost at night

It seems a lot of us are not getting the full increased speed of 2 Mbps as per plan. I am getting 0.8 Mbps at night and despite complaining to everyone at Mtnl Delhi including DGH Internet and constant interaction with them for the past 2 weeks nothing has happened so far. Is this happening with u too and what can be done about it

i dont bother to check my net speed these days, checked today & getting 2 mbps.
