Hello,

We have a TP-Link Router setup to our BSNL connection. Internet works great when it does, but out of the blue, the whole link goes down.
I was able to take screenshots of the what's happening. I''ve included them below.

Usually, I just go to the admin section of the router and reboot and the internet comes back on. Strange, I've not faced such an issue with BSNL since I got the connection like some 12 years ago, it was stable asf, and now its just heartbreaking.

If you need any more information you may need to troubleshoot theissue, please ask.
Help is greatly appreciated, thank you !

Do you have access to another router that you can use to test stability? Your line speeds look quite bad to me. @x720 might be able to suggest.

Indeed. Line stats are fine, but max rate is very poor for those stats. Strange.

Also, modulation is G.DMT. change to ADSL 2+ auto and post stats.

Yes, your max rate should be much higher - more than 18 Mbps.

Try upgrading your firmware if it doesn't work out. According to your screenshot, the firmware is from 13/06/2014. Must be the firmware that came with your modem.
The latest firmware for your modem was released on 26/05/15. Save / make of note of all your settings and upgrade.
