My Airtel Landline Broadband got disconnected on 7th August 2021 and till date the connection is not available.
Sometimes the connection is resumed but with a limited band width of only 10Mbps. My plan is of Rs 499/- only with 40 Mbps speed.
We are unable to get high speed plans due to lack of FTTH networks in Central Kolkata even after repeated requests.
I have requested the Airtel service engineer to look into the matter but I was informed by him that it will not be possible to get more than 10 Mbps due to technical limitations. (No Tags available).
We fail to understand how overnight the speed of the connection dropped from 40-50 Mbps to 10 Mbps due to technical limitations.
Worst customer service from Airtel in Central Kolkata. What can I do now ?
